onsie: target | hair bow: bloomies handmade weight & height: About 13 pounds and 25 inches long. We didn't have an appointment with the doctor this month so these are just estimates, but one thing that is for sure is that I'm growing quite fast! eating & sleeping: I'm still on Mom's milk and drink about 4 ounces every 3 hours and LOVE it. I made a big leap with my sleeping progress this month and learned how to sleep through the night! I'll now go to bed between 11:30 and midnight and usually sleep until 8 or 8:30! I don't see it as that big of a deal, but Mom and Dad sure love it so I guess that's good. ;D exciting firsts/milestones: This month I had my first plane ride and went to Utah to meet my big family! My uncle Hunter was getting married which was super exciting, and I got to meet a whole bunch of family members that I hadn't seen before! I loved being able to play with my cousins, meet my uncles, aunts, and great grandparents, and of course loved seeing Grandma & Grandpa Anderson and Grammy Pett again! Mommy and I had so much fun on our visit that we decided to make another one this October, so watch out Utah family and friends- we're coming for you! :D things I love: I love tummy time, baths, and books with bright colors and pictures. I also love when Daddy tickles my tummy, and it's the one thing that can really make me giggle and laugh! I also really love playing and talking with other people, especially other babies and kids! Right now my favorite friend to play with is "H" (the little boy Mommy nannies); I get to see him almost every day and he can always make me smile! things I don't enjoy so much: I don't care much for loud, startling noises, and with football season starting have had a couple of times of getting scared and upset when Daddy and his friends got too excited and started shouting at the game on the television. I've also found that I really don't really like being held like a newborn baby anymore (unless I'm eating or getting ready to sleep) and would much rather be held facing out so that I can see everything that's happing around me! mom & dad's biggest parenting lesson so far: Mommy found a quote this past month that says "Attitude is the difference between an ordeal and an adventure", and so she and Daddy have been working really hard to make sure that as a family we have much more adventures than ordeals. Sometimes life around our house can get a little chaotic with everything going on, but we've all found that if we just stick together, support each other, and are never afraid to laugh at ourselves when life gets messy, that for the most part everything works out and can be considered a fun experience. :) { Lots of Love!
